LFYFC County Office
Our office building serves as a base for Lancashire Clubs, a place of work for our administrator and a meeting room when any of the 15 Lancashire clubs need it.
We are located in the car park of Clitheroe Auction Mart within easy reach of the A59.
We offer the hire of our meeting room and community printing facilities (see below for more information on costs).
Community Printing
We offer reasonably priced printing from our office site at Clitheroe Auction Mart, with the small profit going directly back to the work of Young Farmers in Lancashire. Please ensure someone will be able to receive you before turning up.
Our machine offers standard printing at the following costs:
Booklets are available (centre folded and stapled) in A5 and A4.
A5 booklets can have a paper, 180 gsm card or 200 gsm card cover, A4 booklets are only available with a paper cover.
You can calculate the cost per booklet using the below:
A5 booklet
Black and white (per 4 pages) = 10p
Colour (per 4 pages) = 20p
Add a card cover (180 gsm).......
Black and white = 15p
Colour = 20p
Add a card cover (200 gsm).......
Black and white = 20p
Colour = 25p
A4 booklet
Black and white (per 4 pages) = 25p
Colour (per 4 pages) = 40p
Meeting Room Hire
When hiring, you will have access to our your chosen room, kitchen facilities and toilets. We also have 6 dedicated parking spaces right outside the building.
The Whitfield Room is 10 x 6m, there are 8 folding tables and 60 chairs available for use, plus free visitor Wi-Fi via a QR code.
The Meeting Room is a smaller 5 x 6m, and has 5 chairs and 3 static tables/ desks.
More chairs and tables can be made available on request.
This room is also available for long term hire.
The kitchen contains a microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, 10L plug in urn, air fryer and toaster. We have a modest range of cups, plates and bowls and cutlery (but you might want to bring your own for large numbers).
Hire is available at £10 per hour for the Meeting Room and £15 per hour for the Whitfield Room.
